Molly and I met when we were a lot younger through my sister. I never knew several years later I would help Molly plan her wedding to Richard and become fast lifelong friends! I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Molly and Richard again through this fun experience and now Molly has become one of my favorite assistants. We are constantly laughing and encouraging each other.
On September 30th,2018 Richard and Molly exchanged their vows at The Corner District in Ballground, Ga. The day was a beautiful sunny day filled with so much love and laughter, not to mention seeing a lot of familiar faces. Molly looked stunning in her two piece gown by BHLDN and her jewelry by Kendra Scott. Her makeup was done flawlessly by Ellis Paige and soft curls by Elise Kelley. The Corner District had this cool getting ready area with exposed brick and bright white furniture that really made every color pop! Molly had these adorable blue jean jackets for all of her bridesmaids as their gift and I am here for it! Just a cute gift!
Once the wedding started the ceremony space was in an industrial barn with gorgeous greenery draping the front and stunning bouquet by Molly’s cousin with Heirloom Florals. The bridesmaids flowers and boutonnieres as well as corsages were by Barbara Dean Designs. Molly had the sweetest idea of each bridal party member carrying down a flower to put in a vase located at the end of the aisle to honor her sweet mom, Charlotte. This was so beautiful and made such an impact in my heart.
Kristin Faye Photography captured all these lovely memories so beautifully and Ben Self Films made the sweetest film to honor their best day ever!
Food was very important to them and I wanted to make sure they knew they were taken care of by some of my favorite caterers- The Grand Gourmet. Aaron is the owner and provides the highest level of customer service with the best staff and details to make your day stand out- love this company. The cake Molly and Richard chose was from Confection Perfection and was a chocolate chip ganache semi naked cake with the cutest cake topper- ” Mutual Weirdness Forever”! All the mix matched china and beautiful goblets by The Prissy Plate Company with pretty little thank you notes by Peaches and Pine really made all the details stand out.
Once the cake was cut the dancing began and we transformed the ceremony space to a dance floor with the Dj as MSA Entertainment, adorned with the cutest dessert display by Wisteria Market, and the best photo booth ever with Stop The Time Photo Booths.
We ended the night with glowsticks and 1960s convertible! Lots of fun was had by all and endless memories to cherish!
Cheers to the Lyons! #livinlavidalyons
